Seeclear Facilities was founded by Lee Briggs and Andrew Hampshire in 2010
During the past 11 years as a highly active and growing company in the FM industry we’ve established our business as a reputable provider by delivering on our values for clients whilst ensuring a safe working environment for both staff and clients alike.

Meet the team
Lee is an experienced Director in Facilities Management, currently jointly running Seeclear Facilities UK, and has been for the last 10 years. He had worked previously in other senior management capacities in a multitude of industries including Facilities Management. Lee has been involved in a whole variety of projects in the industry and is currently heading up contracts in partnerships with County Councils and School Trusts. He believes in fulfilling customer expectations and providing a service that exceeds other companies. Outside of work Lee enjoys playing golf, travelling and learning new life skills
With forward thinking and a passion for the environment, Andrew wanted to change the way the cleaning industry was perceived. In 2010 he set up what was then Seeclear London LTD with the view of growing the company nationwide whilst retaining that personal touch.
With years of experience in internal and external facilities management from small domestic customers to multi-site commercial projects, Andrew’s highest priority are his staff who deliver a fantastic service everyday.
Mark is an experienced/Dedicated Director and Entrepreneur with over 35 years service within the Facilities Management industry particularly within Cleaning and Security. Mark started his first business in 1990 when he was 20 years old and run it jointly with his family until 2000. He has held many senior level roles including Managing Director, Operations Director, Commercial Director and Sales Director. Involved in a number of sectors which include transport, retail, aviation, education, hospitality and student accommodation, Mark travelled to over 18 counties responsible for cleaning services across EMEA. His ethos has been the same for over 30 years “Service Excellence Always”
Operations Manager – Specialist Services
Nathan is our operations manager – specialist services, he has many years of experience and he can put his hands to anything. He manages our teams of specialist technicians who cover a huge spectrum of services including crime scene cleaning, large scale jet wash projects and high level works.
